Approved security training school. Winguards Services Ltd is running a NITA (National Industrial Training Authority) approved security training school. The school has well equipped and has trained and experienced trainers. This ensures that the guards are well trained before deployment as well as giving them continuous on the job training.
Wide network of partners. Winguards works in conjunction with a number of partners across various fields. This ranges from financial partnerships to facilitate immediate processing of loans and advances on need basis, our supplier partners to facilitate immediate processing of Winguards Services Limited orders and to the security organs in the country to facilitate immediate back up and support on security matter. The above partnerships have strongly placed Winguards Services Ltd in an ever ready mode and status to successfully undertake any orders irrespective of size.
Innovative technological solutions. Winguards has adopted modern technology especially in guards patrol monitoring. This is in addition to the radio systems that facilitate quick and efficient communication resulting to immediate resolution of any security matters.

Remuneration. We pay our guards above the minimum wages as stipulated in the labour laws. This enhances consistency, loyalty and total commitment from the guards. Our guards are also paid at the end of every month ensuring that they remain highly motivated.
We run a well-equipped 24 hour call Centre. This is supported by our 24/7 mobile response team ensuring speedy resolution to client issues as they arise.
